Operation steps: Battery assembly, choose a battery with similar performance to other batteries to replace it, you need a capacity test cabinet, internal resistance meter, multimeter, spot welding machine and other equipment and instruments. The newly selected battery should be similar to other batteries in terms of capacity, internal resistance, voltage and other indicators.
2. The battery is not fully charged:The lithium battery of an electric vehicle is composed of more than 10 single batteries. Due to differences between the single batteries, the voltage of one or more batteries will be lower than that of other batteries during use. When other batteries are fully charged during the charging process, these low-voltage batteries have not been fully charged, resulting in short riding mileage. The treatment method is: lengthen the charging time (12 hours per charge), and it will be greatly improved after several charges and discharges.
3. The internal resistance of the battery becomes larger: Due to improper use or poor battery performance, the internal resistance of individual cells in the battery pack becomes larger. When in use, the voltage of this part of the battery will quickly become smaller, and the entire battery will stop discharging when the discharge protection voltage is reached. The treatment method is the same as item A.
4. Low discharge platform: due to changes in the internal performance of the battery. The solution is to replace the battery.
5. Changes in the use environment:due to the low ambient temperature, the seasonal riding mileage is short. The treatment method is: do not charge in a low temperature environment, but charge at room temperature, which will improve.
The battery is not charged: there are mainly the following points:
1. The protection board fails: replace the protection board.
2. There is a problem with the battery: one or more batteries in the battery pack have a high voltage, and there is a serious voltage difference. The solution is to replace these batteries.
3. Charger failure: replace the charger.
4. The internal welding of the battery or the spot welding is not strong, the nickel sheet and the nickel-aluminum strip fall off: The treatment method is to return to the factory for re-spot welding and ultrasonic welding, and the open solder joints will be handled well.
5. Other faults such as poor contact with the charging port, etc.
Non-discharge of the battery: There are five main reasons for the non-discharge of the battery.
1. The fuse tube is burned, and the fuse tube of the same specification needs to be replaced.
2. The protection board fails: replace the protection board;
3. There is a problem with the battery: the voltage of one or more batteries in the battery pack is lower than the discharge protection voltage. The solution is to replace these batteries.
